Does a mention mean a customer will choose my business?
No. A mention or citation records what appeared in one sampled response. It does not measure a lead, booking, sales conversion or a guaranteed ranking.
Why do I choose one service?
A focused service and area make the question set and comparisons more useful. One free check covers one priority service, rather than blending unrelated services into a vague score.
Which AI platforms are measured?
The report identifies the configured API models and collector used for each answer. These are web-grounded API checks, not direct observation of the consumer AI apps, Google Maps or Google AI Overviews.
What if an answer fails?
Failed or ungrounded tests are excluded from visibility counts and listed separately. If no usable answers return, the result is unavailable, rather than zero visibility.
Can I use this without subscribing?
Yes. Your initial check does not require a card. You can save and review it in your free account. Monitoring is a separate plan that requires explicit checkout and renewal consent when available.
